Needless to say the extremely rude lady on the phone told me that I was not going to get that massage and that perhaps I needed to get my "attitude checked "
employing people who are absolutely intolerant and rude should not be high on the priority list especially for an already failing business that has a lot of negative reviews already in the area. not giving a person a massage when they paid for it and had to wait extra time because the masseuse had better things to do is considered stealing in my book. never in my life will I go to this place unless I receive an apology.
I am extremely upset and disgusted about my treatment at this place multiple times. Save your money everybody because they steal
I waited till about a week ago to schedule another appointment. only to get a very rude lady on the phone who was running the upfront desk at that point tell me that my massage is no longer valid and I would have to pay for another one if I were ever to go there. I explained to the ignorant individual who was on the phone that I had been canceled on multiple times and the lady that was the owner promised me an extra 30 minutes on top of mice massage whenever I wanted and she quoted that whenever I wanted ...
so about a year and a half ago my mom gets me a massage for this salon in Jarrettsville Maryland that I really had zero interest in going to because I have already heard negative things about the place. So I schedule an appointment for a massage to get canceled on two separate occasions by the masseuse herself.... When I called and asked for a refund because I wanted to go to a different place because clearly she had no interest in doing her job the owner insisted that I keep and make another appointment with a 30 minute added bonus because I had been canceled on twice.
