Would like to give a negative star but couldn't. They have let my 80 year old mother who lives on a fixed income run out of propane when it is in the teens.She gets an allotment from the fuel fund. According to the manager they can take up to 72 hours to deliver. Strange when they thought it was a cash transaction they could deliver today. Now she is out and relying on electric heaters to stay warm and hopefully keep her pipes from freezing. Seems if you are old and need a little help with your bills they consider you second class and not worthy of their time.
The final straw was them charging my credit card before they even come out to fill it, I called them about the charge, apparently this is a new system, they "forgot" to tell me about it, also the delivery driver is coming tomorrow to fill up my tank, so again not going to give me a heads up, and now they charge my card before they fill.
I called to cancel, they didnt even care, there wasn't a why or anything. This place doesn't communicate with its customers or even there own employees. What a mess, can't believe i put up with these clowns for 7 years. A little help to anyone reading this, corbin is way cheaper and thats where I'm going
Called one time for propane and no one came. Called THEM back a week later and they said my credit card was no longer on file. Why did i have to call them? Told them repeatedly to call a day prior so i could unlock the gate for them, They never gave me a heads up. Caught a delivery driver banging on my gate lock with a shovel. Another driver hopped my 6ft privacy fence, that particular time he added about 6 gallons. So break into my yard, add 6 gallons, leave the gate unlocked so my dog can get out...
