When I die there is money set aside to continue this tradition for my daughter for the rest of her life and the instructions are to always use Flowers By Bauers because they take this tradition as seriously as I do. I have a very special tradition that I started with my daughter on her first birthday. She got 1 white rose, on her 2nd birthday she got two and so one. She's now turning 22 and I just ordered 22 white roses for her. Flowers By Bauers has handled this and other flower needs for me and has never failed to satisfy. They even keep a special supply of Tiffany blue ribbon on hand just for My Princess' roses. Richard actually found a Tiffany box and used that to match the ribbon so the color was as close as possible. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARING!!!
The wedding specialist at Flowers by Bauers, Richard Bauer, is one of the most knowledgeable people out there when it comes to flowers. He sat down with us for about three hours, explaining all the different types of blooms and colors, until we were satisfied with what we chose. He made himself available for questions and continued to help us and work within our budget and design ideas throughout the entire wedding planning process. The flower delivery was right on time, and when we saw the flowers we couldn’t believe what an incredible job he did! The boutonnieres and corsages were delicate and beautiful, and the bouquets were robust and perfectly balanced. The bride even cried when she saw her bouquet, it was so beautiful. He is an expert, a kind man willing to devote as much time as you need, and a wonderful person to work with. We would definitely recommend Flowers By Bauers!

I've been dealing with these guys for 2 decades. They are always terrific.
I understand mistakes are made, but it is about how you treat the customer after the mistake is made. The manager blamed the employee who took my order, said that my pictures do not matter because there are different angles and views, and completely dodged all responsibility. Pictures DO matter when you are shopping around for flowers. Also, blaming your employees is not the right way to handle it. Also, I was told I would be reimbursed 20%, but had to call back twice to ensure this.
